Jasper holds a BCom as well as an Honours Degree in Financial Planning from Nelson Mandela University and is currently pursuing a Master of Management in Finance & Investments (MMFI) at Wits Business School. He further holds the FMVA and CMSA certifications from the Corporate Finance Institute and is a CFA Level 3 candidate - a testament to his commitment to excellence.
His professional journey spans senior roles at Asante Capital, Golden Bricks, and Grid Africa, where he demonstrated exceptional analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership - managing investment funds amounting to Billions of Rands and consistently delivering above-market returns.
As CEO of Fortress Security Systems, Jasper brings disciplined strategic vision, rigorous risk management, and a deep understanding of business development to drive the company's growth and operational excellence. His ability to evaluate complex systems, lead high-performing teams, and develop client-centred solutions makes him the definitive force behind Fortress's mission to deliver uncompromising security to homes and businesses across South Africa.

Head of Business Development
Priscah is a results-driven business development professional with extensive experience in sales, client relationship management, digital marketing, risk consulting, and strategic growth initiatives across multiple industries.
She is skilled in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client portfolios, leading cross-functional teams, driving revenue growth through innovative business solutions, and has proved her ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, conduct risk assessments, and improve operational processes through technology and automation.
Adept at working in multicultural and fast-paced environments with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, she is passionate about business expansion, customer satisfaction, and delivering measurable results while maintaining high professional standards.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in General Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Internal Auditing, and is a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), with additional expertise in CRM systems, sales strategy, and customer engagement, which makes her recognized for entrepreneurial leadership, business growth contributions, and commitment to excellence in both corporate and community initiatives.
Emmanuel Sibangiso
Head of Operations
Emmanuel is an accomplished Operations Executive with a strong multidisciplinary background, currently serving as Chief of Operations at a leading security systems company. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, this professional began their career in microfinance as a Consultant, gaining expertise in financial management, client advisory services, and operational strategy.
In 2023, a transition into the security systems industry provided hands-on technical experience as a Security Installations Manager, building deep knowledge of system integration and risk management.
Today, this blend of financial acumen and technical proficiency drives operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth within the organization.
Tinashe Bandama
Head of IT
Tinashe is a Senior Software Developer and Information Security expert with over 10 years of experience in the field and holds a BSc in Computer Science and Electronics from North West University. He is a qualified Dynamics 365 CE Developer and Solution Architect and is a Microsoft-certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, and .Net Development.
He has project management experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business solutions in the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service systems across the financial, education, insurance, and gaming industries.
As Head of IT at Fortress Security Systems, he brings a wealth of experience when it comes to the much-needed securing of business and client data, further developing and enhancing the underlying security infrastructure and protocols of the business, and developing and maintaining our customer relationship management systems that ensure smooth operational flow between the business and its most valued customers and partners.
